In the pursuit of fostering transformation, Evolution has proudly implemented the English Works! Program – a beacon of hope for unemployed and under-employed 17 to 25 year-old Pakistanis. This intensive 240-hour journey is more than just a course, it's a pathway to empowerment and a testament to Evolution's unyielding commitment.
Over the years, Evolution's impact has radiated through the implementation of not one, but five impactful cohorts of the English Works! program. Since 2017, we have ignited change and touched lives, reaching out to an estimated 1000+ students in Sindh and Balochistan seizing opportunities to the underprivileged youth aged 17-25 across Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Khairpur, and Dera Allah Yar.

At Evolution, we're not just about education; we're about shaping dreams and creating opportunities. The English Access Microscholarship Program stands as a testament to our commitment to nurturing young minds and building a brighter future.
With the sponsorship by the Regional English Language Office, this program has left an indelible mark on the lives of countless young individuals. Through three impactful cohorts implemented in 2014-16, 2016-18, and 2021-23, we have benefitted 1300+ underprivileged students aged 13-16.
Through this, we empowered young adults of Karachi, Hyderabad, Tando Jam, Tando Allah Yar, Sukkur, Khairpur, Kandiaro, and Tharushah. Over a span of two years, the program lays the foundation for success through a minimum of 360 hours of instruction.
