Teaching Excellence & Achievement (TEA) Program

Teaching Excellence & Achievement (TEA) Program supported in-service English Language Teachers (ELTs) from Pakistani government and foundation schools working as secondary school teachers to attend a six-week long professional development program in the United States. The program explicitly provided participants first-hand field experience by engaging in activities with English language teachers and students of the United States, enhancing their English language proficiency, and increasing their knowledge about the United States.

The program is fully sponsored by the Regional English Language Office at the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy Islamabad.

Evolution administered the program from 2017 to 2019. Here are some glimpses.
