Teaching Excellence & Achievement (TEA) Program - a program fully sponsored by the Regional English Language Office at the U.S. Mission in Pakistan.

The Teaching Excellence & Achievement (TEA) Program, passionately administered by Evolution, extends support to in-service English Language Teachers (ELTs) from Pakistani government and foundation schools. The TEA Program lays the foundation for profound change by allowing participants to immerse themselves in real-world interactions with American English language teachers and students. This hands-on experience not only amplifies their English language proficiency but also nurtures a deepened understanding of the United States' diverse cultural fabric. Evolution implemented the TEA program for Pakistan in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
