English Access Microscholarship Program provides a foundation of English Language skills to youth from economically disadvantageous sectors through after-school classes and intensive sessions. Access program aims at developing English skills in the participants that may lead to better jobs and educational prospects. Participants will also gain the ability to compete and participate in programs for studying in the United States. Since its commencement in 2004, approximately 95,000 students in more than 85 countries have participated in the Access program. The program is generously funded by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA). Since the program began in Pakistan in 2005, over 8,000 scholarships have been awarded in the following 22 locations: Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Gawadar, Pishin, Jacobabad, Hyderabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Muzaffargarh, Lodran, D.G. Khan, Rawalpindi, Kohat, Malakand, Dera Ismail Khan, Muzaffarabad, Skardu, Khaplu and Sukkur.
Evolution has proudly implemented the Access program in Karachi and Dist. Naushahro Feroze. The program has offered 414 hours as a part of the English Access Microscholarship Program.
