Teaching Excellence & Achievement (TEA) Program

Teaching Excellence & Achievement (TEA) Program supported in-service English Language Teachers (ELTs) from Pakistani government and foundation schools working as secondary school teachers to attend a six-week long professional development program in the United States. The program explicitly provided participants first-hand field experience by engaging in activities with English language teachers and students of the United States, enhancing their English language proficiency, and increasing their knowledge about the United States.

The program is fully sponsored by the Regional English Language Office at the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy Islamabad.

Evolution administered the program from 2017 to 2019. Here are some glimpses.

Training Program for English Access Microscholarship Program, Sukkur

On January 27, 2014, youth empowerment and enhancement training program was organized for the students of English Access Microscholarship Program – Sukkur by the US Consulate, Karachi. The comprehensively designed training sessions were conducted by trainers from Evolution – Sidrah Niaz and Shoaib A. Siddiqui. The students were engaged in various interesting and interactive activities such as ELT games, motivational talks and seven habits of highly effective teens. Energizers filled the hall with laughter and energized the students for later sessions. The action-packed high energy event catalyzed the process of personal growth for the English Access students.

Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui, Evolution master trainer inspired 200 young community leaders at Institute of Clinical psychology. The conference was organized by Team Impetus Consultancy. The program focused on development of youth’s personality by helping them conquer their fears.

Youth Leadership Conference 2014 (YLC’ 2014)

Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui, a trainer from Evolution unfolded the secret of self at Youth Intelligentsia Leadership Conference (YILC) to enable youth to overcome the inner fear and to make learning meaningful and effective.
Youth Leadership Conference was a two day youth training program organized by “Youth Intelligentsia” that enabled participants to discover the concepts of ‘KHUDI’ (Self-hood | Self Realization | Secrets of the Self), ‘Mumkinat ki Duniya’ (Beyond the World of Possibilities | Vision, Discover | Create) and the craft to overcome the inner fear and to make learning meaningful and effective.
