FACULTY
Muhammad Arsalan Siddiqui
Muhammad Arsalan Siddiqui is a highly experienced IELTS and OET instructor with 20 years of expertise in English language teaching and test preparation. He is a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow at Vanderbilt University, USA, specializing in integrating 21st-century skills and innovative teaching methodologies into ESL and EFL classrooms. He is professionally affiliated as an ESL instructor at Tennessee State University and contributes to professional development at Belmont University.
Previously, Muhammad Arsalan served as an IELTS and Communication Skills instructor at Hamdard University, Dow University of Health Sciences, and various nursing and allied health sciences institutions. His expertise lies in teacher training, professional development, and language assessment, equipping students and educators with essential skills for global success.
Dua Mazhar
Dua Mazhar is a member of the Executive Board of Evolution and an experienced Program Officer for the OPEN program in Pakistan. She has over five years of expertise in cross-cultural virtual exchange programs and has contributed to initiatives such as the International Education and Resource Network Pakistan, UNICEF’s Children’s Council, and the British Council’s Connecting Classrooms Project.
Her strong leadership and program management skills enable her to design and implement impactful educational programs that foster global learning and collaboration.
Beenish Chaudhry
Beenish Chaudhry is a dedicated ELT professional and Assistant Professor at a Public College for Women in Karachi. With over a decade of involvement in the U.S. Consulate Karachi’s English Language Programs, she has led the English Works! Program and serves as an Executive Member of Evolution.
She had the honor of representing Pakistan at the Connecting Teachers, Innovating Learners Symposium at the University of Nebraska (PIESL), USA. Holding an M.Phil. in Applied Linguistics, she has 17 years of teaching experience, including eight years as Visiting Faculty at Karachi’s top universities. Her expertise also extends to corporate training and teacher development.
She has been working as an Academic Auditor at Commecs College, Principal Syllabus Reviewer, Examiner and a Senior E-Marker for the subject of English at AKUEB for over six years.
